The First Flame

Anthony opens the original pizzeria at 98 US-9, Englishtown, NJ — a small dining room with a custom-built coal oven imported from Naples, Italy. The neighborhood discovers something special.

2004

First Expansion

Demand grows beyond capacity. The dining room doubles in size, a new dedicated dessert menu launches, and Anthony hires his first full culinary team of five passionate cooks.

2009

Award-Winning Recognition

Anthony's coal fired pizza earns its first "Best Pizza in Monmouth County" award from the Asbury Park Press. The recognition brings guests from across New Jersey.
